A Step-By-Step Guide on How to Schedule Appointments

 Visit our clinic website at marigoldmedicalclinic.ca to access our online booking portal with Ocean MD.

Please click “Click to Schedule an Appointment”, which can be found at the top of the website's homepage, or may be found under the information regarding scheduling a booking. 

We recommend adding this website to your bookmarks bar.

After clicking the “Click to Schedule an Appointment” button, you will automatically be brought to our online booking portal with OceanMD.
Please note that you must have pop-ups disabled in order to access OceanMD.

 Enter your legal first and last name, date of birth and provincial health care number. Please note that you will need to enter your information as it is listed with the Medical Services Plan of BC (MSP).

Then, press "Check-In".
 

 Please select your provider by clicking the circle on the left of the name and then clicking “choose provider”. 

Please note that you will only see your primary provided listed that you are registered with. 

 Select the appointment type by clicking either “Office Appointment” or “Telehealth” and then write a brief description of the nature of your concern in the textbox. Then click “Next”. 

 Click on a date on the calendar to see available time slots. The preferred time can be selected by clicking on it.  Further date options can be found by clicking the arrow to go to the following month.

 To receive an email confirmation of your booking, please enter your email address in the textbox provided. To finalize the booking, please click “Book Appointment”. 

 You will see a similar screen that confirms the booking of the selected appointment. 

Once you see this screen, it means your appointment has been successfully booked and you may close the browser.  

If you wish to print the confirmation of the booking or add the appointment to your personal calendar, there are options to do so. 

If you added your email into the booking form during the previous step, you will receive an email with a confirmation and a link to modify or delete the appointment.
